Question: "What robs the good doctor of bread?"
Response: 1. health 2. death!
Therefore, that he may live, we are kept in suspense all our lives.
Why this is SO, you can find out here:
Even the ancient Romans noted: "The more doctors, the more sick people".
About 20,000 pharmacies, more than 300,000 doctors provide the healthcare market with over 200 billion turnover a year. Ever new "health reforms" are only disease financing reforms. The established system (pharmacy, politicians, health insurance companies and the medical profession) often does not eliminate the causes of disease, and often does not research them, but merely provides ever new "forms of therapy". That is, in our Healthcare system, which is actually a Disease system is, some treatment methods are not necessarily used for the benefit of those who finance it. For the lay public and now also for many health professionals, medical measures are no longer transparent, let alone comprehensible.
Why is this so? Is conventional medicine moving into a dead end in some cases? Is the healthy person in the foreground or rather the idea of earning as much as possible from an illness? Are sometimes the latest scientific findings not the error of tomorrow?
Did you know until now that there is a cause for every disease? Unfortunately, a practicing physician often only has the option of treating the symptoms of a disease with medication, but not the causes. That means in plain language: If a disease is treated only at the symptom and not the cause is eliminated, this means in most cases: chronic disease. For any doctor actually an unsatisfactory situation!
I will give you some more examples in other blogs to help you understand the difference between symptom treatment and cause treatment.
Isn't prevention better than cure?

Many billions of euros in medical costs could be saved, when we would move sensibly and more, when we would strive for a better balance between tension and relaxation, yes if ... if ... !
Is your health really your most important asset? If so, then get active!
You should always follow the following health promoting measures:
- Metabolic blockages must be removed
- Imbalances must be corrected holistically
- Nutrient deficiencies must be compensated
1. THE METABOLISM - BASICS
Have you ever thought about what is important for your health?
If so, do you also have the impression that many journalists, ecotrophologists, pharmacists, dieticians, self-proclaimed health experts, fitness studios and, of course, doctors from various specialties often have very different, sometimes strongly contradictory opinions on this subject!!!
In order for you to better understand my opinion and why I recommend, for example, aloe vera and various dietary supplements, first some important basics of our human organism.
"Man is what he eats."
Do you know this saying?
Many people will now nod in agreement, but is that really true? Today, the opinion that nutrition has a central importance for our body is undisputed, many diseases are clearly nutrition-related.
But what should a healthy diet look like, what should it contain, what goal should it pursue?
The food should have not only such important properties as fresh preparation, saturation and good look. Because you know, the eye eats with you. Rather, your consideration when shopping should also go to selecting products with the highest possible nutrient content. Nutrients are, for example, vitamins, protein, trace elements, fatty acids, carbohydrates and much more. However, a diet rich in nutrients only helps our body to master its many tasks if it also succeeds in transporting these substances into the cells.
"How do nutrients get into our cells?"
Nutritionists rightly demand that our food should contain many nutrients, it must be balanced, as natural as possible and easily digestible. Let's assume you have prepared a healthy dish and start to consume it. This occurs first in the mouth, but instead of a meal, most of us do more of a gulping. That is, we do not chew until the morsel introduced is ground to a pulp, and so the important digestive secretion of saliva is missing. Therefore, at this point, a simple measure that promotes digestion: Take your time eating and chew longer! Eating slowly also provides a quicker feeling of satiety, which is helpful in avoiding or reducing excess weight. The hopefully well-chewed food pulp then leaves the mouth via the esophagus into the stomach. There, especially the protein in the food, such as peas and beans, is broken down with the help of stomach acid. The stomach mush is passed on to the duodenum. Other substances are already waiting there to drive digestion. Bile acids and acidification enzymes from the pancreas are indispensable juices so that the subsequent small intestine is able to absorb the nutrients at all.
REMARK: Only what is absorbed via the small intestine is available for further supply and processing. The rest is disposed of via the large intestine.
Therefore, the saying "Man is what he eats" is only partly true!
In the process, waste products are produced, so-called slag substances or Metabolic waste products. The cell must dispose of these pollutants again to remain functional. The Removal of these substances also takes place through the basic substance and via the venous and lymphatic systems.
Thus, it can be stated:
A good metabolism is a prerequisite for healthy organs, a poor metabolism always leads to disease.
The human organism has a wealth of regulatory possibilities to make this basic system as optimal as possible. Conversely, the metabolism is negatively influenced from many sides.
The most important structure in metabolism is the already mentioned Basic substance. It surrounds all blood vessels and every cell. Most cells are supplied and disposed of via this pathway.
The basic substance makes up about 60 to 70 % of our body mass. In it lies the Connective tissuealso called collagen, which Immune system in the form of defense cells and mast cells, Nerve plexuses and Probe. The latter register the biochemical processes in the basic substance every second and report the data via nerve pathways to our central nervous system (CNS). Our mainframe, the brain, processes the diverse information and issues commands to other organs as needed to eliminate existing metabolic disorders.
2. THE SYSTEM OF BASIC REGULATION (explained by alternative practitioner Christian Kunst explains)
Metabolism and the transport of nutrients through the ground substance
Let's use the following graphic for a better understanding:

In order to reach the cells, the nutrients have to leave the capillaries, which is not so easy. Between the blood vessels and the cells is a transport pathway, a filter, or as physicians call it, the Basic substance, switched. Then the cell wall still has to be overcome in order to ultimately be able to supply the cells with completely different substances.
Depending on the tasks of the cells or organs, very different end substances are produced. Brain cells have different functions than liver, kidney or intestinal cells.
NOTE: The better our cells are supplied and disposed of, the better the metabolism works!
If the first four floors, i.e. the mouth, stomach, duodenum and small intestine do not function optimally, even the best food is of little use to you. Have you ever had Heartburn, belching, bloating or flatulence.? Do you not tolerate some foods, do you have No gallbladder more, you suffer from Crohn's disease (inflammation of the small intestine) or Celiac disease (gluten intolerance)? Then your digestion does not function optimally, in plain language, you suffer a Nutrient deficiency!
What's next?
Once the food components have been absorbed by the villi of the small intestine, they enter the blood and are first supplied centrally to the liver. The Liver is our biochemical factory. It assembles all the small nutrient building blocks into what our body needs, for example carbohydrates, proteins, fats and enzymes. The liver then sends the new substances on their long journey to the organs.
However, it also still has a very important function as a Detoxification organ. It performs this activity mainly at night between 1:00 and 3:00 a.m.. In addition to waste products, toxins and alcohol, the liver also disposes of medications.
NOTE: Many chemical drugs are absorbed via the small intestine, transported to the liver and burden the detoxification processes as foreign substances!
Our blood vessels, Arteries and Veins transport a wide variety of substances to the 70 trillion cells. That's why good blood circulation is also one of many basic requirements for health. You know that a Circulatory disorder to Heart attack or to the Stroke can lead.
The road system of the body is 200.000 up to 250,000 kilometers long. The many cells can only be supplied via the blood vessels. The smallest blood vessels, the so-called capillaries, make of this alone already 150.000 km off.
Once the nutrients on our plate have made it this far, the final step - the all-important one into the cells - is still to come.

How can the basic substance be therapeutically influenced?
How can the basic substance be therapeutically influenced?
In the meantime, more and more procedures are being developed and applied with the aim of positively influencing the basic substance and thus the metabolism. Some of the best-known measures are briefly mentioned here.
Measures to influence the basic substance
-Acupuncture (ear or body acupuncture)
-breathing (deep inhalation and exhalation, thoracic or abdominal breathing, oxygen breathing).
-exercise (swimming, hiking, cycling, jogging, weight training)
-Homeopathy (tinctures, globules)
-manual therapies (massages, kinesiology, Ayurveda, Qigong, Reiki, acupressure, reflexology of the soles of the feet)
-physical measures (heat, cold, colors, music)
-Placebo drugs (placebo)
-psychic methods (conversations, meditation, autogenic training, yoga, hypnosis, prayers)
-Water (energized, magnetized, filtered, oxygenated).
In all applications, the basic substance is influenced directly or indirectly.
A very strong influence on the basic regulation also has the Hormone system. Adrenaline, cortisone, cortisol, thyroid and sex hormones can trigger sometimes devastating reactions. The CNS and the Hormone system influence each other and can directly change the basic substance. The Biorhythm centrally controls the CNS, hormonal systems and metabolism. During the day, performance is promoted and at night the regeneration and repair of human organ structures is carried out. Therefore, sufficient and restful sleep is very important for a good biorhythm. Shift work sooner or later leads to significant disturbances in all areas of metabolism.
Why do disturbances in the metabolic area lead to diseases? The better our 70 trillion cells are supplied and disposed of, the better all organs and body structures function. The all-regulating system is the basic substance, which is used by the body as the central "Landfill" is used for all substances that cannot be disposed of. These include first and foremost Acidswhich are released from the blood vessels into the ground substance, as well as metabolic end products from the cells (Slags and toxins). The accumulation of slags and toxins in this area disturbs the normal metabolic functions and can trigger a negative chain reaction.
NOTE: THE CAUSE OF ALL METABOLIC DISEASES IS THE MORE OR LESS LOADED OR BLOCKED BASIC SUBSTANCE!
So, the therapeutic goal must be to help the body reboot the metabolism.
