We shape the new corporate culture of codetermination and participation

We support the new corporate image of flat hierarchies and participation. Our view is that a project can only be managed sustainably and efficiently if everyone involved is aware of the purpose and goal of the undertaking and can fully identify with the philosophy. Therefore, we deliberately play with open cards and are interested in a lively exchange. We would like to exchange positive impulses instead of the usual naft-down-step,-up-buck model to fall into the trap. We create systems that are built in such a way that one man's joy is not another man's sorrow and the growth of one automatically means the growth of the other.

How can I get involved?

We have developed a concept, which we follow and which will be further elaborated. If you contact us, we will bring you into the picture, which concrete projects are currently being designed and where you can simply get involved to accelerate the design. As an example, we would like to mention a few projects that are currently taking shape in the background. At the moment Darya, Katharina and Simon are designing this website, but we are already interviewing candidates.

What kind of prior knowledge is required?

In general, you don't need any previous knowledge in the field of blogging. At most, knowledge of the German language is required. Since Simon is a web designer and support from the agency he works for is available, we know how to write good blog posts and generally bring blogs up in the search engines (keyword research, search engine optimization).
We pass on our knowledge so that everyone can achieve the effect they want with their work. You don't usually blog so that no one reads your blog posts, but to offer your readers added value.
